• Sriracha – 1/4 teaspoon

Preparation Method

• First of all, heat a non-stick pan by pouring a teaspoon of oil on it over a highly medium flame. Upon heating, place the tofu in the pan & then cook it for 2-3 minutes from both sides till they become crispy. Switch off the gas flame & then also mix it with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

• Combine the ingredients of sauce in a mixing bowl. Now check the taste to observe if it is up to your expectation.

Acai Bowl


• Pineapple chunks (frozen) – 1/2 cup,

• Lime juice – 1/2 tablespoon,
• Cold water


• Coconut flakes – about one small handful
• Mango (in diced form) – 1/4 portion
• Strawberries (in sliced form) – 2 pieces,
• Blueberries – one small handful in quantity,
• Pepitas – one small handful

Preparation Method

• First, make sure you have all of the toppings you’ll need. If it is necessary, then toast the flakes of coconut. As after dicing the strawberries and mangoes.

• First, put the orange juice and blueberries in a saucepan over medium-high flame. Reduce the flame to medium and then put it on one sim for two minutes. Frequently keep on stirring it, after the mixture begins to boil. Now remove the pan from the flame, sprinkle some chia seeds in it. Then chill the mixture in the fridge until it is ready to use.
